A leading national law firm with a reputation for innovation and excellence is expanding its Melbourne leasing team and looking for a talented senior lawyer (at Associate or Senior Associate level). If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and want to work with blue-chip clients across commercial, retail, and telecommunications, this is the role for you.
Your Role:
As a key member of the team, you will:
– Act for both landlords and tenants, handling leasing transactions end to end.
– Prepare leases and related documents– assignments, variations, renewals & surrenders.
– Mentor and guide junior lawyers and paralegals.
– Manage multiple leasing matters with precision and efficiency.
– Build and nurture strong client relationships.
