Sandra is Director and Head of In-House Legal, Company Secretariat & Governance. She specialises in the appointment of General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, Company Secretaries, Head of Governance, and their direct reports, including Deputy Company Secretaries and Assistant Company Secretaries.

 

Sandra offers extensive executive search experience. Working across all industry sectors, she has partnered with leading international corporations, ASX-listed and private companies, as well as not-for-profit and community/social services organisations.
