I’m Joseph, and I’ve spent over 25 years navigating the legal and professional services world — first as a lawyer, then as a recruiter and business owner, and now as an executive coach.
Throughout my career, I’ve sat on every side of the table. I’ve led teams, built businesses, and walked with countless lawyers and professionals through the pivotal highs and lows of their careers.
