The Role
We are seeking a talented Front-End / Projects Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Procurement team in Sydney. You will be working closely with a senior partner on some of the country’s most complex and strategic procurement and project transactions, advising major clients across a range of industry sectors. 

The role will see you advising on and drafting a wide variety of project structures and contract forms, including: 

– Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) 

– Design & Construct (D&C) contracts (with and without ECI elements) 

– Managing Contractor contracts 

– Services Agreements 

– Australian Standard and other industry forms of contract 

– Alliance contracts 

– Access agreements 

– Other contracting models used in the construction and infrastructure industry

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a lawyer with: 

– 4+ years’ post-admission experience in front-end projects and procurement law 

– Experience advising in one or more of the construction, infrastructure, energy, or transport sectors 

– Strong drafting, technical, and communication skills 

– A proactive, solutions-focused approach with commercial acumen 

– Leadership, mentoring, and management abilities to support junior lawyers 

– A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork
