With over 25 years experience in the legal search and recruitment industry, Joseph is the Founder and CEO of JLegal in Australia, which was established in July 2007.
Working closely with Corporations, Law Firms and Government, Joseph is an accomplished Lawyer, Career Coach, and Legal Career Strategist who has worked on some of Australia’s most exclusive search and recruitment assignments.
Joseph liaises with clients regarding the renumeration and benefits of their lawyers, as well as market trends. He also coaches and mentors lawyers at all levels with their careers throughout their careers.
Having commenced his own career as an in-house lawyer in one of Australia’s largest Banks, Joseph understands first-hand both the candidate’s and client’s needs. He works closely with both throughout the recruitment process, supporting them in finding the right fit.
Over the years, Joseph has acquired a wealth of knowledge, amassed a vast network of corporate contacts and developed solid relationships in a range of industry sectors which he can put to good use for the benefit of his candidates and clients.
Joseph absolutely loves what he does and firmly believes that his role is to mentor and guide lawyers throughout their careers.
